Incoming boys' and girls' 7th and 8th-grade athletics students, use the Rankone instructions to fill out electronic forms online. A student-athlete must be completely cleared with Rankone before they are eligible to take part in any practice or athletics class. (This does not pertain to pre-athletics, 6th grade). 

 The following forms need to be electronically filled out: 

• Medical History
• UIL Forms Signature Page
• Emergency Contact  

Physicals: This is the 2022-2023 physical form that should be used for this year's sports physical. If your student-athlete already got physical during the school year and was turned into a coach, we will be uploading them on Rankone before the first day of school. **Parents don't have access to upload the physical forms online, they have to be turned into a coach.**
